Barbara Bali

Personal Assistant and Legal Assistant
Brief info
For me, resoluteness does not mean stubbornness, harshness and certainly not meanness. For me it means planning, development and the need for continuous improvement. I get to know most of the company’s clients by phone and in writing, as well as in person in many cases. As a personal assistant to the company director and the lawyers’ office, my duties include making appointments and dealing with a variety of paperwork, such as registering company changes, filling in forms and preparing contracts. I help the company’s staff and run the office (coordinating purchases, mailing etc.). What I like about my job is that it involves responsibility and independent decisions. Of course, my goal is to make everything run smoothly in the office, but I really like it when unexpected situations test my creativity. Lifelong learning is important to me, and I am currently focusing on improving my conversational English.
